Fall Arrest & Rope Access Anchor Points

Fall Arrest anchors are a cheap, easy & effective solution for roof access. They can be installed into a range of different surfaces including roof sheets, concrete parapets & steel HVAC platforms.

Rope Access anchors are required in situations where twin-rope access is being used on a building to clean windows or access the facade.  Much like Fall Arrest anchors, they can be installed into a range of different substrates and locations to provide suited access. 

Fixed Access Ladders

Access Ladders provide a fixed entry point for rooftop access and are suitable for both internal & external access. All ladders should be designed, manufactured, and installed following the requirements of AS.1657. 

Ladders come in a range of different shapes & sizes to suit each buildings unique access requirements and can be customized to provide features such as lockable access gates, parapet protection landings & can be powder-coated to match the colour of a buildings facade.

Guardrails & Safety Barriers

Guardrails provide physical edge protection for range of different applications and situations. They can be installed to prevent rooftop contractors from getting too close to a live edge, or dangerous piece of equipment.

Guardrails are often installed into walls, parapets, and roof sheets to provide a low profile & discrete look on any property. They can also be powder-coated to match the colour of a buildings facade.  

Walkways

Walkways define a set path of travel across rooftops and provide protection to both the user and the roof structure. 

The installation of a walkway system will reduce the chance of slips, trips & falls on an uneven walking surface, while also protecting roof sheets from the damage caused by repeat access and heavy tools & equipment dragged into place. 

Roof Access Hatches

Roof Access Hatches are a fantastic option for internal roof access through a buildings. Often installed in conjunction with a fold-down ladder, roof hatches provide a secure & lockable point of rooftop entry which can be used by contractors 

Ladder Brackets

Ladders brackets are used when a portable ladder is the best option for rooftop access. They provide a fixed entry point to smaller rooftops where the portable ladder can be mounted in a stable position.

Step Bridges & Custom Platforms

Step Bridges are often used where a small obstruction is affecting a path of travel, such as pipework being installed across a walkway or access point. These step bridges are highly customizable and can be designed and installed in multiple locations. 

Fold-down Ladders

Fold-down ladders are a safe & discrete way to provide internal rooftop access for your staff & contractors. Fold-down ladder are suitable for ceiling heights as large as 4.3m and come in a range of different widths to suit space & access requirements 

The fold-down ladder is installed level with the ceiling to provide a seamless look when mounted through plasterboard or paneled roofing. They can be powder-coated to match any ceiling colour and discretely installed in a range of locations including; hallways, storerooms, bathrooms & stairwells.

Retrofit Vertical Static-lines

Vertical static-lines are often retrofitted to existing ladders where a need for greater fall protection is required. 

These retrofit static-lines are suited to a range of different ladder profiles and sizes, with the added benefit of not requiring any welding or holes to be drilled in the existing ladder for most applications.
